How much is it? - All of our groups cost £3.45 a session, but because we have waiting lists we do ask that you commit to the whole programme (that's 6 weeks).

The cost includes refreshments and a reunion, and lets face it, where else can you get a cuppa and a biscuit, have fun, take part in lively debate, get loads of great tips and information and meet new people for less than £3.45 an hour!

Some of our groups take place in disadvantaged areas and many of these are funded by local grants and organisations rather than group members, so if you would like to come along but would like some help with funding, please email us and we will let you know if there is a funded group in your area.
